The DCA-10 from Motor Control Technologies, LLC is a robust and flexible solution for driving a DC brushed motor. The DCA-10 can source up to 5A at 24 VDC, and is fully compatible with the LabJack U12, U3, U6, and UE9. An easy to use control scheme allows the user to control the speed and direction of a motor with two digital IO lines. Other features such as current sensing, fault indication, and motor enable/disable are accessible through additional digital and analog IO lines.
The DCA-10 is ready to use right out of the box. An anodized aluminum heat sink and enclosure may be used as a stand-alone base, or integrated into existing hardware. The DCA-10 also provides a convenient +5V regulated output to power encoders, limit switches, or other electronic components.
